This product may contain one or more Open Source Software libraries or components, or portions thereof (collectively "Open Source Software”), developed by third parties and licensed under the relevant Open Source Software license (“OSS License”).

Open Source Software is protected by copyright.

Your right to use any Open Source Software is governed by the OSS License. In the event of any conflict between your license to use this product and any applicable OSS License, the OSS License shall prevail with respect to the Open Source Software portions of this product.

Panasonic shall not be liable to make any corrections or modifications to the Open Source Software, or to provide any support or assistance with respect to it. Panasonic disclaims any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Open Source Software. Panasonic is unable to answer any queries regarding source code details, etc. This statement, however, does not in any way impair or enhance any warranty or disclaimer which Panasonic provides in respect of any product that incorporates Open Source Software.

For a period of at least three (3) years from delivery of this product, Panasonic will give to any third party who contacts us using the Contact Information provided below, for a charge no more than our cost of physically performing source code distribution, a complete machine-readable copy of the source code corresponding to the Open Source Software licensed under OSS Licenses that require Panasonic to disclose, distribute or make available to any third party all or part of the source code of the Software, including but not limited to any version of GPL/LGPL (collectively "Source Code Disclosure Licenses").
